I have been asked to write this note regarding the quality of work Arms and Cole performed on two particular projects with the City of Traverse City.

The first was the $31 million upgrade to the City�s Wastewater Treatment Facility. Arms and Cole was a primary subcontractor to the CH2M Hill, but because of the close working relationship between the City and CH2M Hill, I was fully aware of any issues that would come up with any of the subcontractors. I am please to say, that CH2M Hill always spoke positively about the work of Arms and Cole and about how they worked in a positive matter to resolve any items that would come up. The project was completed ahead of schedule and that speaks volumes for the subcontractors as well as the lead.

The second was a booster pump station upgrade project. With all due respect, this $1 million project seemed to be more troublesome than the previous, but it was not because of Arms and Cole. There were multiple parties involved in this project and I can honestly say that without Arms and Cole involvement, this project could have been a disaster. The project was completed on time.

There have been other projects, but the above two come to mind. At all times, Arms and Cole personnel preformed in a professional matter.
