Developer Tim Burden hired Arms & Cole to coordinate the HVAC work on 38 townhouse-style condominiums in 19 buildings near downtown. Called Midtown, the project along the south bank of the Boardman River between Cass and Eighth streets once was part of the River's Edge development. Arms & Cole helped Midtown to bring Phase One in on time and on budget and at the same time gave new homeowners the Mechanical System upgrades they wanted.

Midtown offers finished condo prices ranging from $149,000 for non-river-side units to $239,000. Twenty-nine of the first 38 Midtown project units are already spoken for, Burden said.

"And if that turns out to be the right price point, we'll just keep the momentum going and move into phase two with more units," Burden said.

Arms & Cole will be an integral part of the construction team bringing Mr. Burden's vision to reality.
